So it has been quite some time since my last post. Forgive me! Life has become really busy! I am now on my own as a nurse! So awesome, yet really scary and intense at times! In my second week on my own I had to call the rapid response team for a morphine overdose and had to give D50 to a patient who's blood sugar dropped below 40. Scary...Yes! Intense...Very! But I am loving all the experiences I am having!
Next....We have purchased a double wide trailer. Its been a long, tough, trying of my patients, past 3 months....But we are almost to the end! It is finally on the location we have chosen and the electric and water are hooked up. Tomorrow...well today I guess...they are coming to hook up the propane. Then the contractor can come in and finish the stuff that needs to be done inside. I am excited to have a place of my own finally to share with my little family! Its perfect for us for now! So between work and getting the house ready to move into....We have been pretty busy!

This is our anniversary cactus (Christmas cactus)...We got it when we got married from Brent's boss Ramona! It blooms around our anniversary, hence the anniversary cactus name! Anyways it bloomed a little early this year, but hey it bloomed! :)

It looks like you guys are doing great. I'm so happy for you to have your own home. It will be so wonderful to come home at the end of the day and be in your own place. Good luck w/ everything!

It really has been a LONG time since we've seen pics of this little guy!!! hint hint!!! HE HAS HAIR!!!! blonde hair! I love it! he's adorable! Tell Brent sorry we never sent those cookies for his b-day. We're trying to figure out a better idea because we thought about it and fresh cookies sent to NM takes 4 days min to get there so they'd be stale when he got them.....cold stone maybe? they have one in twin we could get a gc?! We just can't really afford much with Shaun going into another surgery and being off for up to another year...
