Family pictures!

Shaun, Cheree, Tayla and Mylee came to visit to surprise Judy, my MIL, for her 50th birthday, which was yesterday! They got here late Thursday night and we snuck to her office to surprise her and BOY was she surprised! Saturday we had a surprise party for Judy and Shaun, who's birthday is May 12.

It was fun to have them here! Braxton loved playing with Tayla and Mylee! He was mesmerized by Tayla and followed her around. Last night it was so cute, she was crawling around on the floor with Braxton! Also last night Braxton started walking! I could not even believe it...He stood by the desk and then just took off.

While they were here we wanted to do family pictures! So here they are...Enjoy!

These Don't Grow on Trees....

My dad tells all the grandkids that "these don't grow on trees" meaning his muscles!!! Braxton has picked this up! He puts his arms above his head and waits for you to look at him and say "these don't grow on trees!" Grandpa also raises the remote above his head and says, "I'm in charge!" So Braxy does that too! For you grandpa! loves and hugs!

A day in the life of ....ME!

Braxton and I are together 24/7 at this point and I love it! We have so much fun together! Its hard at times, but I really enjoy him and EVERYTHING he does!

He is crazy sometimes! I laugh at him often and he laughs with me most of the time!

So don't mind the mess in these pictures...We live in a small room for the time being, but it works for us at this point! I use the laundry baskets to block the end of the bed so he can't get over to Brent's side that isn't baby proofed and the playpen becomes the ketch all for EVERYTHING....I hate it, but pray things will change here in the near future!

Braxy's new thing is that he is tall enough to reach into the dirty clothes basket and pull stuff out....Yes, even dirty panties...Gross I know....

I've caught him rolling on the floor in the dirty clothes and all I can do is laugh! Oh and I finally took a picture!

Ok...So I know better then to say my child would never OR I would never....Because I always end up eating my words!!! So while I was in Utah my sister showed me all these really cute leg warmers and I said "why the heck would you put those on a boy".....She said to keep their legs or arms warm when they have just a onsie on....and I said "I WOULD NEVER PUT THOSE ON MY SON".................

So when he plays on the floor, his arms, hands, legs and feet are so cold....

So I broke down and got some!

Now I LOVE them and cant wait to get more!!!

We went to Nana and Papa Pruitt's for an Easter picnic on Saturday!

We had an Easter egg hunt! Braxton had so much fun!

Braxton's Easter wagon

Our trip to Utah...(Late, again)...

We went to Provo the day after little Brentin was born...

Perfect timing!

It was a quick trip with my friend Tara and her son Sebastian that is 2 days older then Braxton! It was a fun and quick trip...(Although I'm sure Tara and I definitely felt it took a toll on us!) I think we were both ready to get home and get our boys back in their own beds!

My sweet little guy started with a fever the night before we left....

We didn't get much sleep that night or the entire trip!

You can see Braxton doesn't feel good in his little eyes! Poor guy!

And look at those big blue eyes! Sebastian has beautiful eyes like his momma Tara!

I road in the back with the boys and Tara and I talked and laughed and had a great time the trip up to Utah!

I just love these 2 boys! I had a good time entertaining them on the trip!!

Sebastian and I are buds now...I'm sure he sees me and thinks "hey she's the one that gave all those nummy treats!" LOL

I have the sweetest picture of these two boys holding hands on my cell phone! Sebastians hand was on Braxton's car seat and Braxton put his hand on Sebastians! They did that a few times on the trip! So sweet!

He was so sick while we were there and was clingy and didn't want to be put down! This is one of the only times he would go in the playpen while we were at my parents. He wouldn't even sleep in it!

Mesa Verde with Malinda!! (LATE)

My good friend and old roommate Malinda came back for a visit at the beginning of March! It was great to see her and to catch up with her! It was almost like old times, but I have a permanent attachment now! LOL!

We went to Mesa Verde the last day she was here and then she flew back to Washington State that evening!
